Zinnaira Khan is passionate about using research, data, and evidence-based practices to help organizations make better people decisions. She joined the EDC team as an intern in Fall of 2026. In her role, Zinnaira supports client and internal projects through research, project coordination, material development, and administrative support. She is especially interested in talent acquisition, employee development, organizational health, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence in the workplace.

Zinnaira is currently pursuing graduate studies in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at DePaul University. Her academic work has focused on leadership, teams, motivation, and employee wellbeing. She has also gained experience in recruiting operations, leadership development, consulting, and organizational research.

Through her work and studies, Zinnaira is committed to understanding how organizations can create effective, inclusive, and meaningful employee experiences. She is excited to continue developing her consulting and analytics skills while contributing thoughtfully to the EDC team.

Zinnaira graduated from Wayne State University in 2023 with a degree in Psychology Honors. She lives in Chicago, Illinois and enjoys reading, henna art, and spending time outside.
