Rebecca Stern

Consultant

Rebecca is an executive coach and leadership advisor with 15+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders, CXOs, and boards to create the clarity, momentum, and courage needed to lead through complexity and change.

She designs and implements assessment and development solutions that are innovative, measurable and evidence-based. Clients describe her approach as thoughtful, intentional, and grounded - she brings both care and clarity to the work, meeting leaders where they are and helping them move forward.

Rebecca's approach is grounded in having lived the work herself. She has built leadership development functions from scratch inside large, complex organizations and was a founding member of Deloitte's Leadership Consulting business. Most recently, she served as Interim Chief Learning Officer and Senior Director of Learning and Leadership Development at Udemy, where she led enterprise-wide transformations, including AI Upskilling and Skills-Based Organization initiatives. Those experiences give her a practitioner's lens and deep empathy for the organizational dynamics, competing priorities, and human complexity her clients are navigating.

Rebecca is particularly attuned to the leadership challenges created by AI and the future of work. Having designed and led AI upskilling at scale, she brings a grounded, practical perspective to helping leaders understand what this moment demands of them and how to lead their people through it.

Rebecca has a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, and she earned her Professional Coaching Certificate from Brown University School of Professional Studies.

She lives in Baltimore, Maryland and can be found spending time with her family, taking daily walks and getting creative through fiber art projects. She gives back to the Baltimore community by serving on the board of Monument Women’s Creative Alliance and feeds her voracious reading habit through her local book club.
