Rachael brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, assessment, project management, and client support. 

Prior to joining EDC, she served as a Project Manager with several leadership consulting organizations including the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where she led teams through program revisions designed to enhance both the client experience and the content delivered. She also served as an Assessment Operations Manager at Franklin &White, a leadership assessment firm, developing extensive experience in assessment operations, program management, and client relationships.

Throughout her career, Rachael has developed a deep appreciation for authentic leadership and the positive impact it can have on individuals and organizations. She is particularly passionate about creating meaningful client experiences and providing thoughtful, responsive support throughout the leadership development process.

A native of Greensboro, NC, Rachael enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and their two golden retriever puppies. She also enjoys giving back to her community through volunteer work in local public schools and supporting the Guilford Backpack Ministry, which provides food to local families in need.
