Lindsey Hayes is an executive development specialist and coach who has spent twenty years helping senior leaders and organizations unlock the capability needed to grow, adapt, and perform. She has worked with companies including Nike, Google, AbbVie, John Deere, Harley-Davidson, BASF, Bumble, and Smartly on executive coaching, enterprise leadership development and strategic alignment, and senior team effectiveness.

Lindsey's career spans both sides of the table: as an external consultant and as an executive inside large, complex global organizations. As a senior consultant at Oliver Wyman and Deloitte, she designed and delivered leadership development programs, executive coaching engagements, and team interventions for some of the world's most recognized companies. At Deloitte, she served as Chief of Staff to the Leadership practice leader, helping shape the business's strategy, talent, and operations.

Lindsey also held executive HR and Talent leadership roles at ITW and IDEX Corporation—two large global B2B manufacturing companies with operations around the world. At ITW, she led the company’s first enterprise leadership development program, designed to build a pipeline and accelerate development of GM talent. As a member of an ITW division’s senior leadership team, she led change management and organizational development efforts to integrate ten global locations under a shared brand and culture. At IDEX, as Head of Talent Management & Development, she oversaw the company’s global talent strategy and development agenda.

Today, Lindsey serves as COO and Senior Consultant at Executive Development Consulting (EDC), where she helps build and lead the business while working directly with clients.

Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Illinois, and ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two daughters, where she enjoys taking in the city’s summer festivals, live music, and dining scene.
