She combines skills for creating dialogue within groups to move people to action and generating individual commitments for personal and business change. Jodi works primarily with senior executives in Fortune 100 companies, with deep expertise in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries.
With a relentless focus on results, Jodi has worked with Fortune 50 companies on global leadership and coaching programs to measurably enhance leadership effectiveness outcomes and people engagement. Jodi has integrated executive development and coaching programs with Action Learning approaches, and she has connected this with her practical research to evaluate the business impact and engagement outcomes of those initiatives. As an executive coach, she specializes in behaviorally-focused executive coaching for leaders and uses her experience in building a company’s strategic leadership bench to support leaders transitioning to new levels. Jodi also has deep expertise in the area ofhelping executives build strong leadership communications and associated behaviors to engage other’s perspective on complex problems, build buy-in, ownership and committed action for change. She regularly delivers workshops and training in leadership development skills, building managers as coaches, and facilitating dialogue for results.
Jodi’s corporate background encompasses both line and staff management positions, including P&L responsibilities, with a leading international communications and information technology company. Utilizing the practical experience from her various Corporate roles, Jodi helps clients effectively lead across organizational and company boundaries to build relationships and achieve desired results.
Jodi earned her Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Organizational Psychology from The California School of Professional Psychology (Los Angeles), with studies at UCLA Anderson School of Management. She also earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from The Florida Institute of Technology. She has various well-recognized professional HR development accreditations in the field of leadership and executive coaching, including an Advanced Certified Coach credential from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Jodi has also conducted and published practical research in Fortune 50 companies on leadership development programs to ensure sustained application and measure business impact.
