With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in creating structure, optimizing processes, and anticipating needs before they arise. A lifelong learner and natural problem-solver, Carol brings a calm, grounded presence to fast-moving environments. She's passionate about helping others work smarter, communicate better, and stay aligned with what truly matters.

Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Park University.  

Originally from Virginia, she currently resides in San Antonio, TX with her husband and their Yorkie pups, Oliver and Mindy. Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending time reading, writing, and researching genealogy.
