Ms. Lee founded her consulting firm, Teri Lee & Associates, Inc. in 1997 in Santa Barbara, CA. Teri’s experience designing and facilitating local solutions for clients in the global community (Asia, Japan, Australia, Canada, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America) gives her a unique understanding of the real-world challenges facing individuals and companies operating in a diverse climate.

Teri has over 25 years of experience coaching, leading and partnering with executives, leaders, managers and individual contributors to achieve both tactical and strategic goals through a creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional development.
