Paul provides executive assessment and coaching services that enable sustainable improvements in individual and organizational performance for EDC clients. Paul has worked extensively with clients in financial services, consulting, manufacturing, travel services, and consumer products.
Over the course of a thirty-year career with GTE Automatic Electric Labs and Lucent Technologies—Bell Labs, Paul led international teams composed of several hundred professionals and associated staff. As a General Manager, his ability to identify and develop talent helped him build some of the highest performing teams in the telecom industry. It also earned him the reputation of being a "go-to" source for both managers who wanted to accelerate their own careers, as well as for other executives who needed top talent to build their teams. His keen business acumen and insight into the skills, knowledge, abilities and other characteristics needed for success in demanding senior executive roles have established him as a key member of EDC's executive assessment and coaching practice.
Paul received his BSEE in India in 1969, his MSEE from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, in 1970 and his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1981.
