Marisa is a Leadership Specialist and Executive Coach based in Boston. She has 30+ years of experience working with senior executive teams. Specializing in leadership assessment, executive coaching and development of leaders, she has worked globally, in more than twenty countries, partnering with clients on their leadership assessment, development and succession-planning needs.

She designs innovative and bespoke assessment and development interventions to uplift leadership capability. A hallmark of her approach is to use psychology and neuroscience to help leaders enhance their competitive advantage.  She has coached c-suite executives, senior leaders and emerging leaders, spanning a range of companies from Fortune 500 to start-ups.

Marisa was a founding member of Deloitte’s leadership practice, where she led a team of psychologists with responsibility for the delivery of a full spectrum of leadership solutions. Prior to joining Deloitte’s leadership practice, she set up the first overseas office of a boutique consultancy of business psychologists specializing in the assessment and development of leaders.

Marisa holds an M.Sc. in Occupational Psychology from Queen’s University Belfast and is a registered Chartered Psychologist -- a benchmark of professional recognition which reflects deep expertise and psychological knowledge. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, associate fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a professionally certified coach with the ICF.

She lives in Boston, but travels frequently, embracing the philosophy that it is the journey that matters, not the destination.
