Over the past two decades, Kalpana’s consulting experience has consisted of assessment-anchored executive coaching, leadership development program facilitation and design (traditional, virtual, and hybrid models), team evolution and performance, and organizational effectiveness / change initiatives. Her career began as a management consultant with RHR International, a global firm of psychologists specializing in executive talent management. Working locally and globally, she has consulted to non-profits and many of the largest global companies within the automotive, energy, financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, and technology sectors.

Kalpana challenges her clients with reflection to fuel a growth mindset, tapping into resilience and revealing possibilities in service of their desired goals. Clients appreciate the trusting partnership she creates with her warmth, respectful candor, and presence. Through greater awareness and intentionality, her clients successfully navigate role-specific and organizational complexity to drive future-focused outcomes simultaneously for themselves and their organization. Both quantitative and qualitative interview-based assessments are foundational to her practice.

Kalpana has her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Drexel University (formerly Medical College of Pennsylvania / Hahnemann University) and completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan Medical School Departments of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine. She is certified in the Hogan Suite of assessments, the Denison Organizational Culture Survey, as a Systemic Team Coach Practitioner, a member of the American Psychological Association, and a Fellow of the Institute of Coaching.

Growing up, playing sports were a passion and led to a brief stint completing triathlons in adulthood. Kalpana currently lives in Atlanta. In her spare time, she enjoys time with family and friends, volunteering with a local theatre company, experimenting in the kitchen, and attempting to revive her golf game.
