Julie Walker is a Human Resources Consultant with close to 20 years of project management and consulting experience in talent management and talent acquisition.
In her consulting work, Julie has helped client organizations achieve a broad spectrum of HR goals, including implementing performance management, recruiting process improvement, leadership development and HR system implementation. Julie has worked with client organizations ranging from small to medium entrepreneurial businesses to large multinational corporations in the consumer goods, manufacturing, hospitality, food service and non-profit industries. She has partnered closely with leaders on critical HR processes, communications and talent decisions. She has provided HR generalist support and Talent Acquisition and Instructional Design specialist expertise for initiatives from training development to major organizational transformation.
Prior to her current consulting work, Julie served in project manager roles at The Coca-Cola Company. While at The Coca-Cola Company, Julie helped to launch the Company’s first global employee survey, a comprehensive career development program and a global applicant tracking system. As the Strategic Sourcing Project Manager for the Global Talent Acquisition group at The Coca-Cola Company, she worked extensively on policy development, employee referral programs and Talent Acquisition process communications.
Julie holds an MS degree in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University and a BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
