Bill Dickinson, D. Min

Bill Dickinson brings almost 30 years of experience in the whole field of leadership development, people-leader competencies, and professional coaching. His purpose is to enable others to thrive both professionally and personally. Clients continuously speak to his empathy, agility, and thought leadership as he engages others one-to-one, in virtual learning cohorts, or blended learning formats. Bill has over 8000 hours of platform delivery experience with varied audiences, which has helped him fine-tune his facilitation skills.


Although Bill can custom design almost any leadership solution for senior and mid-level leaders, his areas of specialty are: Self-awareness, regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness; psychological safety and productivity within teams; people-leader competency and skill-building best-practices; and, both change management and resilience.


Clients he’s helped include a diverse group of insurance, banking and other financial services organizations; telecommunications and technology companies; retailers; manufacturers; a media & biomedical company and a high-profile federal health agency, many of which are well-recognized names in Atlanta. That varied experience stands Bill in good stead when determining how best to support the needs of a new or existing client as they lead into the future of their organization’s success.


Bill holds a Doctorate in Leadership Development from St. Mary’s Graduate School, as well as numerous leadership certifications for assessment and growth, including Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI and HDS), Birkman Method, DiSC Behaviors, TALENTx7 to assess Learning Agility, Decision Making Styles, and EQ & Korn Ferry 360’s. Finally, he is a Registered Corporate Coach with the World-Wide Association of Business Coaches, as well as a management consultant and senior leadership advisor.
