Amy Sukinik

Amy Sukinik partners with and advises clients in the areas of leadership development, executive assessment and organizational effectiveness. With over 20 years of experience across a wide array of industries, Amy has a proven track record of creating value for business leaders by collaborating with them to ensure that leadership and talent management solutions address individual development needs in the context of the organization’s critical business issues. Her clients include BlackRock, NBC Universal, Miltenyi Biomedicine, the NBA (National Basketball Association), and Morgan Stanley amongst others.

 

Prior to EDC, Amy was a key member of the Talent Development organization at KPMG with responsibility for designing and implementing executive development programs customized to build the leadership skills needed to drive business results. One of her most notable accomplishments was leading the design, development, and delivery of a firm-wide change initiative to build a high-performance culture. Her expertise in the areas of performance management, competency modeling, behavioral assessment, and program design and delivery enabled her to successfully reach over 26,000 employees through this effort. Also, of note, Amy served as a primary architect for the firm’s first virtual Diversity & Inclusion conference, which boasted nearly 1000 attendees from across the globe.

 

Before joining KPMG, Amy held a variety of roles in organizations such as Guardian Life Insurance, Buck Consultants, BNY Mellon, and Sapient Corporation. Key achievements from these experiences include building an internal coaching practice that delivered 360° assessment, development planning, and on-the-job coaching to business leaders and creating an engaging, globally-consistent onboarding experience that effectively integrated 1200 new hires in a six month timeframe.

 

Amy earned a MS in Counseling and College Student Development from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and a BA in English Literature from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. She lives with her husband and daughter on the Jersey Shore, where she takes full advantage of the many opportunities that living by the beach provides.
